Last week we finished yet another kitchen backsplash.  Our customer had picked out a 4x4 tile from our Interceramic line called Hearthstone, color is "Ash".   This line also comes with a decorative tile which Patti (our customer) had a total of 17 pieces installed at  random throughout the backsplash.  This first picture shows a deco tile just above installer Jason's towel.  These decoratives are a subtle feature that blend well with the rest of the splash.

Our next picture shows Jason involved in finishing up the grouting.  We used SpectraLOCK Grout again for the stain-proof qualities that this epoxy based grout offers. Part of the technique in applying SpectraLOCK grout is to buff off the area while it is damp to get all the tiles nice and clean.  Jason is pointing out an area that he had to pay special attention to when laying out the job.
