Our sales manager Pat has been with us since 2000 and most will insist that she is a joy to work with.  Pat can assist you with all areas of your selection process as well as any design help that you may need.

 

 

 

 

 

 

WAREHOUSE MANAGER:

tmanTerry has been with McAllister & Son since 2007 and helps out in the showroom with sales and service as well serving as our warehouse manager.  Terry retired from the government as a Statistician in 2005 and allowed me to talk him into coming aboard and helping us out with the many inventory and ordering challenges that we encounter as we attempt to serve our clients

BOOKEEPING:

Lindsey has been with us from the start and runs the entire book keeping department.  She not only works the billing and invoices but also keeps the operation running like a top from deep within

 

 

 

INSTALLATION:

joshJosh came to us at a very young age.  His years of experience go way back since he is the owner's son.  Though Josh went off to get his degree in business he decided to come back and work with his hands.  A good thing, as he is extremely talented and very much the perfectionist.

Jason has been with us for six years and was originally trained by Josh for a few years.  Jason takes his job so seriously that sometimes we have to remind him to relax!  He like Josh, is also very much a perfectionist.

 

 

beersemployeeMatt has been with the company off and on since the year 2002.  Matt's skills include in the field assistance as well as warehouse and showroom help.  Matt is a great asset to our company and we are pleased that he is working with Josh on their many jobs out in the field.

Jay Homovich has been with us since 2008 and has been a fine addition to our team.  Jay is originally from upstate New York where he learned the trade.  Jay is proficient in not only ceramic tile but also hardwood and laminate flooring.

Shane is also from upstate New York and has been with us off and on for several years.  Shane has been installing tile for many years and is one of the finest around.  His skill level exceeds many and has a broad range of experience.

Waves of Tile

Recently we completed another kitchen backsplash.  This particular tile is a bit on the unique side of things since it is fashioned in the form of a wave or a scroll look.  Our installer Jason was tested, but proved once again to be the better when it came to installing this natural stone. Breaking the Weather

When our recent customer found water coming in his back door he realized that he needed something besides the hardwood flooring as a "weather break" at this area.  We were happy to accommodate by cutting this maple flooring back to an approximate 24" width and inserting these beautiful pebbles.  We then installed our waterproof, mold proof, stain proof grout called Spectra...
