From Area Rugs to Showers

Yesterday, I made my rounds checking jobs as well as measuring others.  I landed a past job that we installed back in 2004.  This first picture is of an area rug installed at the front doorway.  The listello surrounding the outside perimeters is a 6" x 13" mosaic with a 6" x 6" stamped deco tile at the corners.  Josh Jr. installed this one and he placed the 4x4s on diagonal.  These 4x4s are a tumbled marble in colors Chiaro, Noce, Dorado, & Botticino.  We then applied an enhancer over the tiles to bring out their beautiful colors.

Next, I went to back to a home here in South Bethany that we had recently completed.  Once the vanities and finished plumbing are installed the ideas from the designer/decorator begin to really stand out.  This next picture is the vanity area in the master bathroom.  Missing is the mirror, that will be installed soon between the two lights.

Finally, I thought this picture of the downstairs shower was a good one showing again the finished fixtures of the shower head, faucets, and hand held shower.

Chicago Reclaimed Brick

Waves of Tile

Recently we completed another kitchen backsplash.  This particular tile is a bit on the unique side of things since it is fashioned in the form of a wave or a scroll look.  Our installer Jason was tested, but proved once again to be the better when it came to installing this natural stone. Breaking the Weather

A Ceramic Area Rug
